We write what the system must do and must never do, and how we will measure it.
Build
Small increments with tests at each step, so you see it working early.
Verify
An evaluation on data we did not tune on, and a data-flow diagram, checked together.
Hand over
Source, tests, runbook and a list of limits. Support after that is your choice.
Decision gate after discovery and after each increment: continue, change course, or stop. Stopping early is a normal outcome, not a failure.

- Example data, handled under an agreement we sign first
- Honest feedback when something is wrong
