Who we are

This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps ordinary server logs (for example, your IP address and the page requested) for security and operation. We do not use them to profile visitors.

If you write to us

The contact form collects your name, work email, company and message. We keep it in a private database at Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and we are alerted by email. We use it to reply and to discuss work with you. Our own email is provided by Google Workspace. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. Please do not put confidential data in a message.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and contact details until you ask us to delete them, or 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first.

Client work

Data you share on a project is handled under the agreement we sign for that project. See Security and AI.

Your choices

Write to contact@appvantix.com to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to stop hearing from us. If you are in California, the EU or the UK, you may have further rights under local law, including to complain to your regulator.

Do Not Track

The site does not track visitors, so there is nothing to opt out of. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by default.

If we change this page in a way that matters, we will date it here.
